FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I didn't receive a confirmation email?
    One of two things has happened: You entered your email address incorrectly You didn't submit your order Please text us (785-483-1605) for order confirmation.
  • Do you have extras?
    We do not print extras for stores. We only print what has been ordered online.
  • Why can I not get a shirt after the store has closed?
    The minute a store closes our production begins. Reports are printed and apparel is ordered. Once all the apparel is in hand that is when we begin printing. If your items are not here, that sets our production calendar back. In order for us to stay on time with our deadlines, we do not offer late add-ons. We highly suggest that you order promptly when receiving your link to avoid missed deadlines.
  • My order didn't get submitted, what do I do?
    If it is prior to the closing date of the store, please submit an order. If the store has closed you will have to wait for a re-open of the store. (NOTE: Not all stores have a reopen. If there is not a reopen, unfortunately the store has been moved into production and add-ons will not be allowed.)
  • When will my order be done?
    Our shop turnaround times are deadline driven. We set our TAT based on the in-hands date of the project. These times are discussed with our point-of-contact prior to the order. Online Stores are complete within 3 weeks of the CLOSING DATE of the store, not of when you placed your order. All in-hands dates can be found in the opening paragraph of the online store you place from (sample below). For made-to-order apparel, turnaround times will depend on our vendors. Due to the quick nature of online sports stores, our in-hands date is guaranteed one day prior to the sporting event/first game.
  • Why do other shops not charge a setup fee?
    As with any business, you are allowed to set your standards/pricing for how you operate. Cost of production may be different for some shops rather others. For us, a setup fee covers the time and material to setup your project for production. Digitizing fees, art fees and setup fees all apply at our shop based on the size of your project.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
