Terms & Conditions

The Rules & Guidelines of Teaming up with Getting Noticed

Laying all the rules out upfront, just like a game of poker.

Before approving your proof please read through our terms & conditions. 

Custom Orders

All products are custom-made. Once production has started (store closes, apparel ordered) orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review proofs and orders carefully.

Artwork Approval

Customer approval is required before all production begins. We are not responsible for decorating errors in approved artwork, including spelling, placement, or sizing.

Turnaround Time

Design turnaround time is [5] business days from all necessary details and inspo received.

Online store creation is [2] business days from art approval.

Production turnaround is [7–10] business days from artwork approval/online store closing.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Turnaround times subject to change due to workload capacity.

Payment Terms

Online store orders have payment collected at time of ordering.

All invoiced payments due upon completion of work.

Orders must be paid for in full at time of pickup.

Minimums

Screen printing: Minimum order 15 pieces/screen.
Embroidery: Minimum order of 1 piece + first time digitizing fee.
Orders below the minimum will be subject to setup fees.

Customer-Supplied Garments

We are not responsible for misprints or damage on customer-supplied garments.

All printing on such items is at the customer's risk.

We will not be replaced if damaged.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any items. 

Each order is made specifically based on customer selected design, size and specifications. Please ensure that all order details are correct before submitting or approving the order.

 

If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days (prior to washing) of receiving the order.

We are happy to work with you to correct any mistakes resulting from our production process.

By signing your approval, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund/return policy.

Color Matching

We strive to match colors as closely as possible, but exact Pantone matches are not guaranteed unless specified and paid for.  Any color selection outside our standard colors is considered “Premium”.  Premium colors will incur a fee.

Shipping/Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Customer confirms they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text submitted for production. We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement.  

 

Custom art is intellectual property of Getting Noticed.

Replicated/derivative work of our original designs regardless of product usage will be prosecuted.

Any file format: vector, digitized, foreign file, etc. can be purchased with the right to replicate.

Art files created in our office for our production will remain in our database and not shared to other shops.

 

Artwork supplied through online creation tools; ie: Canva, Procreate, etc. will incur a vector fee.

Right to Display

Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to photograph and display your order for marketing or portfolio purposes.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues, labor disputes).
